WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

• All online course programs and finals sales are non- refundable.

 •  Subscriptions are not transferable or refundable. If you are already enrolled in a subscription, you are not permitted to switch to another subscription. We are unable to refund or transfer course fees if you fail to attend the course for which you have registered or decide not to complete the course. 💫

Where do I go to cancel my account?

Whenever you purchase a course, there is a post with instructions that will explain how to cancel. However, you may also go to “Settings” -> “Billing settings” -> “Cancel my subscription.” I recommend canceling in advance as you will maintain your course access until the end of your paid month.

If I forget to cancel my subscription, may I have a refund?

We understand that your board preparation process is an exciting and stressful time. However, it is your sole responsibility as the student to cancel your subscription when you no longer need it. What is the difference between the live study group sessions and your recorded courses?

During the live master class sessions at MAATC, the recorded courses are incorporated into a day-by-day study calendar for you! It establishes an intensive group work review with other students in a Private Channel and Facebook Community @https://www.facebook.com/groups/732761260846171 (https://www.facebook.com/groups/732761260846171)and allows them to answer daily practice questions and hold each other accountable. Learning to work on your own can boost your confidence, as can sharing your knowledge and assisting others. The group will then meet for eight hours to discuss the material using case scenarios and quizzing sessions that we created. Instead, the flix crash courses are simply lectures that can be viewed at your desired date and time. More information about the live master class program is available on the FAQs page.

Should I purchase these courses while still enrolled in state university?

Absolutely! During the school year, most students subscribe for at least a month to learn all of my tips and techniques! Then, as testing approaches, they renew once more because the courses are constantly updated based on guidelines and student feedback.
